So update, my crab cakses had more ingredients and I added the parmesan and put them in the freezer for 25 minutes and they came out perfect!!! Thank you!

Welp. after making crab cakes and having them fall apart- I found this video. I have the remaining crab in the fridge and will make "balls" and freeze and let you know what happens- but I think I used too much liquid- still, I will try to squeeze some of the liquid out tomorrow before I freeze & pan fry and let you know. I am very picky about food and presentation and I have to say this is one of the most-professional videos I've seen and easy to follow, I wrote everything down- and I like the alternate ideas for recipes/cooking. Great job! You should be on television. Oh yeah, - and some of the other comments- I too appreciate no b. s. in the video or music. Excellent.

I'd like to try this. I love coconut cream pie, but it's very sweet. So, I think the 1/2 stevia sweetener is a great idea. Also, crust hack was good.

Thanks for the recipe. I was trying to figure out how to incorporate more salmon into my diet without actually having to consume it in the conventional way. I remember salmon patties as a kid, which I just loved but forgot how to make them. It was the only way I would eat fish.
